Temporary Office Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Lexington office. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative or professional office environment and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a temporary position, available from end of January through April 16th. Full-time availability is highly preferred.
The role involves assembling completed tax returns in Adobe format for electronic delivery, maintaining knowledge of systems and applications, and interacting with internal clients in a professional manner.
Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned, such as copying, scanning, shredding, and mail distribution.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment and advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products.

For this role, we offer competitive compensation, with an estimated hourly rate ranging from $18-$21 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
