Front Desk Coordinator

Jim Bagan Toyota is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to enhance our customer service experience. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service in a welcoming environment.
Role Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing assistance to customers in South Lake Tahoe, California. This position is pivotal in maintaining a positive first impression and facilitating smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guests with a friendly demeanor
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the correct department
- Provide accurate information to callers, ensuring professional communication
- Organize and manage appointments, maintaining an efficient calendar
- Assist customers with rental vehicle bookings and contracts
- Coordinate the drop-off and pick-up of customer vehicles
- Process returns of rental vehicles and conduct inspections for any damages
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized
Qualifications:
- Experience in a receptionist or rental agent role is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skilled in operating phone systems and office technology
- Knowledge of automotive terms is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
