Position Overview
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to welcoming guests, managing their check-in and check-out processes, and addressing their needs at the front desk of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greets and registers guests upon arrival.
- Assigns rooms and provides room keys or cards.
- Handles incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Manages reservations, including scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Facilitates the transmission and receipt of messages.
- Maintains accurate records of occupied and available rooms as well as guest accounts.
- Processes payments efficiently.
- Collaborates with team members to meet guest needs.
- Addresses and resolves guest complaints or concerns.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, ranging from a few months to one year.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
