Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

The role of the Front Office Operations Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of the front of house, which includes managing complimentary breakfast services, banquet events, catering activities, and front desk operations, all while adhering to established guest service and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, schedule, and mentor team members to ensure compliance with brand standards and core values.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for complimentary food service stations.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to ensure that banquet event details align with client expectations.
  • Assist in creating the Front Office schedule alongside the Front Desk Manager and Front Office Supervisor.
  • Monitor labor and food cost expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Receive and evaluate food deliveries from third-party catering services.
  • Work in various capacities, transitioning between Breakfast Attendant and Guest Service Agent roles as needed.
  • Develop specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to address guest service issues.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required.
  • Adhere to sustainability practices as outlined in the company’s EarthView program.
  • Implement safe work practices, including the use of protective equipment and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment:

The work schedule may vary and could include weekends and holidays. The position requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
