Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis.
  • Conduct budgeting and financial forecasting, and track financial performance against these forecasts.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and respond to requests from senior management.
  • Lead financial planning processes, including the annual budget, long-term strategic plan, and regular forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in financial audits, liaising with external auditors as required.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Expertise in accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Solid experience in financial planning, strategic planning, and financial management.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting, financial audits, financial forecasting, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear and concise recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
