The North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Central Operations team is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to facilitate financial planning and high-level reporting.
This role will be instrumental in narrating the NACF productivity narrative through thorough analysis, insightful reporting, and effective business communication. Our team utilizes data to illuminate the risks and opportunities that influence NACF operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage projects with minimal supervision to enhance scale, improve oversight, or generate value-added enhancements.
- Develop financial and operational reports, potentially owning reports that impact strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to ensure reporting accuracy and routinely audit outputs.
- Collaborate with diverse data sources, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.

- Apply financial principles and cost-effectiveness to new initiatives.

- Pursue learning opportunities to deepen expertise in various finance domains and share insights.
- Contribute to Finance community initiatives or programs.
A Day in the Life:
Your day may begin with a detailed examination of a specific cost area under your purview to grasp the metrics influencing variances.
You will collaborate with your Process Engineering (PE) team to comprehend local operations and explore potential actions for minimizing variations.
About the Team:
This position is part of a centralized team that supports North America Customer Fulfillment.
This role will closely collaborate with a wide array of leaders across Finance, Process Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of involvement in continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- MBA or CPA certification.
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
