The IP Financial Analyst Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Real Estate division by overseeing budget forecasting, project management, and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster trusted relationships with senior leaders across Real Estate, Finance, and Government Compliance.
  • Serve as a primary technical authority on financial analysis, guiding special programs and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to government cost accounting standards and manage cost pool allocations effectively.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding financial performance and strategic planning.
  • Oversee financial monitoring and reporting efforts in alignment with Booz Allen's Capital Expenditure Program and Global Workplace Real Estate Group.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate cost impacts.
  • Lead an Associate in the development of operational budgets for Global Workplace, tracking performance throughout the fiscal year.
  • Manage the creation of firmwide capital expenditure and depreciation plans, guiding projects through ROI and approval processes.
  • Champion the preparation of monthly leadership reports, analyzing results against plans and previous forecasts.
  • Drive process improvements and technology enhancements to optimize financial oversight.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Systems, and Compliance teams as necessary.
  • Mentor and develop a direct report, overseeing their daily tasks and career progression.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis, including budget management and operational reporting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing and enhancing financial reports for senior management.
  • Proficient in presenting financial and operational results to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in Excel, particularly in using formulas for financial modeling and reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Workday, or Essbase.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and present analytical findings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial analysis within the government contracting sector.
  • Familiarity with federal cost accounting standards.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices related to facilities and capital expenditure portfolios.
