Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong business relationships with senior leaders across Real Estate, Finance, and Government Compliance.
  • Serve as a primary technical authority on financial analysis, addressing key issues and objectives.
  • Guarantee adherence to government cost accounting standards and effective cost pool management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding financial performance and strategic planning.
  • Oversee financial monitoring and reporting in alignment with Booz Allen's Capital Expenditure Program and Global Workplace Real Estate Group.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate costs.
  • Guide an Associate in managing capital expenditure and Global Workplace operational budgets, ensuring performance tracking throughout the fiscal year.
  • Lead the development of firmwide capital expenditure and depreciation plans, managing projects through various stages of return on investment and approval processes.
  • Champion the preparation of monthly leadership reports, analyzing results against planned budgets and prior forecasts.
  • Promote financial best practices and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Systems, and Compliance teams as necessary.
  • Mentor a direct report, overseeing their daily tasks and career development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis, including budget management and operational reporting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing and enhancing financial reports for senior management.
  • Proficiency in presenting financial results to executive leadership.
  • Strong skills in Excel, particularly in building financial models and reports.
  • Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Hyperion, Workday, or Essbase.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and present analytical findings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial analysis within the government contracting sector.
  • Familiarity with federal cost accounting standards.
  • Background in supporting transformation initiatives within large organizations.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices related to facilities and capital expenditure portfolios.
