Strategic Business Lead

We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive operational excellence and strategic growth in our organization. As the Strategic Operations Leader, you will oversee restaurant operations, develop new stores and concepts, and drive financial objectives.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule with one in-office day per week, designed to foster collaboration while supporting work-life balance. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement programs that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of annual plans to increase sales and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Analyze market competition and benchmarks to continuously improve pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or a similar environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building high-performing teams.
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 annually (based on experience and location).
