**Job Title:** Strategic HR Technology Lead

**Job Summary**

This role leads the development and implementation of strategic HR technologies, ensuring the optimal functionality of all HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational success through valuable analytical insights.

  • Lead daily operations of the HRIS team, providing expertise in all HR systems, onboarding platforms, and performance management systems.
  • Develop and maintain human capital reporting, including dashboards for management, to analyze data and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor data integrity, address escalated issues, and implement processes to enhance data quality.
**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of UKG (UltiPro), with familiarity in other HRIS systems preferred.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the HR function and contribute to the overall success of our organization. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

  1. Lead initiatives to identify areas for improvement through data analysis and market research to support organizational growth.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
