Unlock Career Advancement as a Strategic Pursuit Leader Senior Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Pursuit Leader to join our Client Growth Office in a remote position (US based) with potential for travel. This role offers the opportunity to create and execute strategic pursuit engagement plans, collaborate with teams, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, complex deal pursuit, or consulting sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry. They should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.

This is a high-value opportunity to lead the solution design, construction, and orchestration across NTT, partners, and client organizations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organizations to ensure that proposed solutions align with customer business goals and requirements.

About the Job:

  • Create and execute strategic pursuit engagement plans, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and action.
  • Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather deep understanding of current needs and challenges.
  • Manage customer relationships from origination to closure of complex, multi-tower high value proposals.
  • Develop win strategies addressing customer business goals and technology needs.
  • Lead solution design, construction, and orchestration across NTT, partners, and client organizations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, complex deal pursuit, or consulting sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • 10 years of proven record of accomplishment managing and closing complex deal cycles meeting customer requirements and expectations.
  • 10 years of experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
