Compensation

$90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary

The Sales and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in the retail industry who need mobile app development services. This role involves leading all aspects of client selling, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Actively seek out and engage potential clients in the retail industry.
  • Lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively, acting as an advisor rather than a sales order taker.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing an approach to minimize the sales cycle and maximize closing ratio.
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, or similar, is required. Candidates must have at least 5 years of sales experience in custom software development services and experience selling to the US market. Industry knowledge of retail and e-Commerce is highly preferred.
