We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Universal Processing. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
