Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Boston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for booking first meetings and demos for our Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified sales demos and meetings by leveraging your exceptional communication skills and ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
- Directly reach out to inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls with highly relevant and personalized messages.
- Source opportunities with our target accounts through cold emails and calls in collaboration with our marketing team and ABM campaign.
- Participate in online conversations with interested individuals, relevant conversation topics, and target accounts.
- Conduct research on inbound and outbound target people and companies to identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to advance target accounts and drive business growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and target audiences to effectively communicate value and solutions.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads throughout the funnel.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a B2B role or background in life sciences.
- Strong self-starter mentality capable of forging an independent path to achieve results.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively to prospects.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and habits, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
