Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic components market
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
  • Provide regular reports on sales and business development activities to upper management
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years business development/sales in electronic components required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of the electronic components market/component brokerage
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $100K-125K
