Job Summary:
As a Corporate Event and Sales Strategist at The Cauldron Co., you will be responsible for handling all inbound sales inquiries and event bookings for our US market, collaborating with clients to plan and execute exceptional events, and generating revenue through commission-based sales.
About You:
- You have proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- You possess strong event planning and coordination skills, with an eye for detail.
- You excel in building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- You are highly motivated, able to work independently, and driven to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales: Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries, provide detailed information about our offerings, and guide potential customers through the booking process.
- Outbound Sales: Proactively identify and reach out to potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to plan and execute exceptional events, ensuring a magical experience for all attendees.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Commission-Based Sales: Generate revenue through commission-based sales, working toward individual and team targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission-based earnings. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Location:
This role is based in New York City, Philadelphia, or Chicago, with travel as required to our other locations.
