The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Access Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel logistics, managing Corporate Access activities, and maintaining relationships with brokers and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for portfolio managers, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all Corporate Access activities, including meeting schedules and updates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and external partners to ensure seamless execution of corporate access initiatives.

Salary Range: $85-$110k (base salary)

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
