Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an exceptional Events Coordinator to play an exciting role in their business.

The ideal candidate will play the role of an event project coordinator, and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

They are seeking someone who is passionate about curating memorable moments and goes above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for their clients.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Proficiency in event technology tools (Keynote, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating and supporting events, weddings, or entertainment projects (60% corporate, 20% weddings and private functions, and 20% non-profit)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs (work schedule is flexible subject to event schedule)

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for organizing events from initial planning through to execution, preparing essential event documents (floor plans, production schedules, etc.), and participating in client meetings, conference calls, and site visits.

The ideal candidate will also be available for global and out of state travel (20–50 days annually, depending on event schedule) and have a competitive salary starting at $75K, 15+ paid holidays per year, year-end profit-sharing bonus, full benefits package with 401K matching, opportunities for career growth and advancement, and a creative, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
