Position Overview:

The Logistics Account Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting NAVSEA and its associated PEO acquisition and sustainment commands through comprehensive life cycle logistics planning and execution. This position requires the application of advanced principles, theories, and concepts to tackle complex challenges and devise innovative solutions. The individual will operate with significant autonomy and will be responsible for mentoring and supervising team members in both firm and technical skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of experience within NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or NAVAIR PMO as a Product Support Manager, Deputy PSM, or Life Cycle Logistician.
  • A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or NAVWAR Program Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD 5000 and the expectations associated with PSM.
  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively to meet program objectives.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Business or Engineering discipline.
  • DAWIA Level III certification in Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a PSM or Deputy PSM in a NAVSEA affiliated PMO.
  • Familiarity with private sector proposal development.
  • Capability to coordinate and spearhead business growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Top Secret clearance is advantageous.
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • DAWIA Level III certifications are preferred.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The salary range for this position is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is one aspect of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:
