About the Role
The Sales Manager is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
Conduct site inspections and provide exceptional customer service
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
