As a Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding new sales performance goals and objectives, producing new customer service business, and maintaining/expanding current profitable customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Travel up to 50% to meet with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years experience as a sales executive in an applicable market
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Contract Logistics or Warehouse industry
  • Experience in aftermarket automotive preferred
  • Record of excellent sales performance results in the applicable market
  • PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
