Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team in Eastern Iowa. As a key member of our Crop Protection team, you will be responsible for representing our portfolio of products and services, building strong relationships with retailer accounts, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territory financial goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the territory, including private consultants and retail sales personnel
- Collaborate with the Corteva seed field sales organization to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including agronomic recommendations and product training
- Act as a liaison between Corteva and retailer accounts, communicating market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Ag Science, Turf Science, Horticulture, Biology, Agronomy, or Ag Econ & Business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a role providing agronomic recommendations in the Ag industry
- Previous crop protection sales experience and knowledge of the crop protection market are highly desirable
- Ability to pass a driving record background check and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
