Join Our Team as a Working Student in Human Resources

We are seeking a motivated and organized working student to support our Human Resources team at Skyline Ventures. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personnel management, recruitment, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in personnel management, including creating contracts, contract changes, and employment references
  • Assist with travel expenses and preparatory payroll
  • Contribute to the recruitment process by pre-selecting applicants and corresponding with them
  • Help with the preparation and follow-up of job fairs
  • Organize and supervise our Welcome Days
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a degree program in business, personnel, or social sciences, psychology, education, or similar
  • At least one year of studies remaining
  • Ideal experience in HR work
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with different target groups and hierarchies
  • Fluent in German (C2 level)
