Job Summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a skilled Global Account Manager to lead our efforts in the Automotive Retail Sales segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the automotive retail industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive retail clients, including OEMs, dealer groups, and dealer management software providers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and guide product roadmaps to meet client needs.
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely delivery of pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Engage with clients at various levels to build trust and credibility, and help manage perceptions to create barriers for competition.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the automotive retail industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
