Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Business Development Manager to join our team at MillenniumSoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
  • Develop and implement business cases to support supply chain initiatives
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on supply chain performance and trends


Requirements:



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems
