Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead a project to move Medical Quality complaints handling from Salesforce (SFDC) to the TrackWise software application for the Medical Management Solutions (MMS) Dispensing business unit. The Senior Project Manager drives the delivery of the project through advanced project management techniques and methodologies, aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partners with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business case.
  • Takes ownership for delivering project objectives and deliverables.
  • Drives project execution to meet project schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Liaises between the IT, cross-functional business teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects with technology and business process components.
Requirements
  • 7 years of project management work experience using PMI guidelines.
  • PMP, or other PMI Certification, or equivalent.
  • BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related degree that provide foundational skills that foster success in managing projects.
