Position Overview

LMI is in search of a proficient Operational Project Integrator, with expertise in Instructional Design and Teaching, to contribute to our mission in supporting the AO OAA QDS contract.

Key Responsibilities

This position is centered on enhancing and managing mission-driven technical operations. Daily tasks will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and actively participate in Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG), serving as an operational authority across various divisions.
  • Draft and present documentation that includes technical evaluations, course improvements, and curriculum revisions.
  • Verify that operational strategies adhere to technical specifications and quality assurance protocols.
  • Promote collaboration and communication among different operational sectors to develop optimal solutions and educational settings.
  • Encourage innovative modifications to the courses under your management and instruction.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SNA
  • Proficient in Python programming
  • Capability to teach both introductory and advanced SNA courses (Introductory class is conducted bi-monthly, Advanced course is held quarterly)
  • Ability to assist in promoting the courses
  • Access to client systems (email and iCE) to address student inquiries regularly
  • Proactively enhance both courses
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent skills in relationship building and networking.
  • Familiarity with client-specific tools is preferred.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
