Job Description

UPP Global is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic hospitality professional to join our team as a Hotel Valet Account Manager in Burlington, VT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our valet parking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, including personalized interactions and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles
  • Work closely with hotel department heads to manage day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
  • Lead the work group in delivering high levels of guest service and ensure a safe and friendly working environment
  • Manage staffing requirements, create work schedules, and evaluate performance
  • Responsible for revenue collection and reconciliation, as well as reviewing client statements and portfolio performance
  • Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for existing and prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving, and being active for most of the day
  • Must provide excellent customer service and have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds and possess a current driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must have a good work ethic, be a team player, and maintain a professional appearance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check
