Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports, including auditing and payroll reports.
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as required.

  • Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received from all cash handling employees.
  • Document and communicate any cash variances, ensuring proper action is taken.
  • Administer all cashier banks and contracts, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in arithmetic computation.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
