Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Client Relationship Executive.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At Hire Velocity, our goal is to empower our trade professional members and their clients to successfully complete their projects. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be passionate about learning and eager to assist businesses in leveraging the growth solutions we offer.

Compensation Structure: Base salary plus unlimited commission potential, with earnings ranging from $65,000 to $120,000.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing Trade Pro Members and their clientele, ensuring they consider us their primary partner for flooring and cabinetry needs.
  • Proactively engage with trade professionals who are not currently partnered with us, demonstrating how our services can enhance their business through membership.
  • Exhibit curiosity by asking insightful questions to understand your members' or prospects' business objectives and current projects, allowing you to offer tailored solutions that differentiate you from competitors.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently for your trade professionals and their clients.
  • Stay informed about industry products, key home renovation trends, and relevant news by utilizing our comprehensive training resources, including both online and in-person sessions.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with pertinent information regarding your members and prospects.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a strong motivation to meet and exceed established goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with the showroom team to build strong partnerships.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and find joy in your work.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in wholesale sales or the flooring/kitchen & bath sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A basic understanding of technology and the internet, including mobile devices and applications.
