Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A.S. or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: ServSafe certified, with comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, including quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, email, and the Internet.
