  • Collaborate with our operations team to guarantee the efficient delivery and execution of services to our clientele.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover potential business opportunities.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies aimed at golf enthusiasts.
  • Represent Forecaddie LLC at industry events, trade shows, and golf tournaments to network and generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for golf and in-depth knowledge of the golf industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management or inside sales, ideally within the golf or travel sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with golf course professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar service-oriented role.
