We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Counseling Center Receptionist/Clerk. This part-time position will provide administrative support to the counseling center staff and assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and greet visitors to the counseling center office
- Maintain schedule of appointments for counseling center staff
- Prepare and maintain filing systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of school policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google is required, as well as a working knowledge of IEP Direct and Infinite Campus.
Working ConditionsThe employee will be required to sit and talk or hear regularly, stand, walk, and operate a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required. Regular attendance is essential to successfully perform the duties of this position.
