Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient charts, treatment logs, and other administrative documents.
- Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred.
- Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to type 60 WPM.
- Medical secretary or secretarial certification a plus.
