Role Summary:The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all facets of the HR function within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling recruitment and retention efforts. This role is a key member of the senior management team, collaborating with leadership to fulfill the organization's mission and objectives.

- Understanding of budget management practices.
- Extensive experience in human resource management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare legislation and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on positive engagement.
- Global perspective in HR practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in the healthcare sector.
- Design and implement HR programs and strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Establish departmental objectives and create policies for operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and manage HR staff, setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Generate and maintain departmental reports for senior management review.
- Administer HR policies across all aspects of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Interpret and enforce company policies consistently.
- Negotiate union contracts effectively.
- Conduct surveys on turnover, compensation, and employee satisfaction.
- Address and resolve disputes and grievances proactively.
- Maintain accurate and secure personnel records.
- Oversee employee benefits and related programs.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and networking.
- Participate in relevant organizational meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
