About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Professional to join our team at Fred Haas Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce platform, responding to sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Monitor and respond to all Internet leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Prospecting: Develop and maintain client prospecting files to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Sales Process: Understand and implement our dealership's sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
