Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Team Gillman Chevrolet. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding and implementing our dealership's sales process, presenting and demonstrating inventory, and creating strategies for increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and Implement Sales Process: Familiarize yourself with our dealership's sales process and implement it effectively to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate our inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Inventory Management: Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Share Strategies: Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide expert advice to customers.
  • CRM Software: Familiarize yourself with our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
