Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Central Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in meeting the needs of our customers by selling vehicles for personal and commercial use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to discuss their vehicle needs, promote sales offers, and participate in test drives.
  • Vehicle Knowledge: Showcase the dealership's vehicles, explain their features and warranties, and answer customer questions.
  • Financing and Ownership: Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options.

Requirements

  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, service-oriented, and able to resolve customer grievances.

Work Environment

  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
