Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Curam Developer with a minimum of 16 years of expertise in the field. This role involves critical responsibilities in enhancing and maintaining the Cúram application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate systems scope and objectives by thoroughly understanding user requirements and business needs.

  • Analyze complex issues and devise or adapt procedures to address challenges, taking into account the limitations of computer systems and the desired outcomes.

  • Provide expert consultation on intricate projects, serving as a leading contributor in systems analysis while considering the implications of technology on current and future business operations.

  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve application defects, ensuring effective delegation and assignment of tasks related to the Cúram application.

  • Address production issues and develop solutions through design, development, and implementation efforts.

  • Participate in design sessions, translating complex technical processes into understandable terms for less technical team members.

  • Contribute to system enhancements utilizing the Cúram platform, ensuring continuous improvement and functionality.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. A current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is also acceptable.
