Job Overview

The Sales Development Executive role at Marriott International is a key position that drives revenue growth for our represented hotels in the Miami area. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively soliciting new business from small accounts, sourcing new targets, and re-soliciting past leads to achieve top-line goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential sales opportunities in the Miami market
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Utilize internal lead referral tools and leverage business intelligence to generate new leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
