Business Development Associate

HMG Business Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Trainee to join our team in Tampa. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for delivering quality care to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer inquiries regarding product availability, service area, product description, and account status.
- Facilitate new account sales, price point adjustments, and product information.
- Process sales orders and establish credits as necessary.
- Develop and analyze reporting procedures for customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in multiple avenues.
- Ability to assume leadership responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, work planning, and forward-thinking.
- Ability to adapt, accept, and promote changes while contributing to a team-centric environment.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a persistent work ethic and the ability to multitask and stay organized while learning new information about our customers and their industries.
