- Provide consistent updates and reports to the Customer Care Department Manager regarding account status, progress towards objectives, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancing account management processes and customer satisfaction, promoting innovation and superior customer success.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales expertise and a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
