The Opportunity

As a Senior Account Executive at Sameday AI, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint within the home service industry. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, with support from the Sales Development and Marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, understanding their unique business challenges and how our AI solutions can address them.
  • Generate and nurture leads, leveraging self-sourced prospects, inbound inquiries, and SDR-generated opportunities.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and tracking in HubSpot.
  • Represent Sameday AI at trade shows and industry events across the US and internationally, building brand awareness and networking with potential clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback on product development and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, specifically in a high-velocity tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle and closing deals with SMB and Mid-Market clients.
  • Extra credit for experience in the home service or tech industries, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges they face.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and achieve revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development.

Compensation

Base salary ranging from $90k to $140k per year, based on experience, plus uncapped commission potential. Full-time earnings can exceed $225k+ per year for top performers.
