Job Overview:
Sameday AI Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and goals
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
* Monitor customer health and engagement, address any issues or concerns, and escalate as needed
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
* Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with SaaS products is a plus
