SALARY RANGE
$31,200.00 Annually / $15.00 Hourly


Position Overview

This administrative role assists the Regional Operations Manager (or Regional Program Administrator) in managing the operations of the Region.

The employee provides administrative assistance, conducts research, compiles data, drafts reports and correspondence, recommends and implements operational systems, and interprets policies to offer guidance and support in achieving the Region's objectives.


Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist clients and visitors as needed.
• Input and track all Community Activities Plans and resources, and support outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff and provide support to colleagues as required.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
• Draft and edit letters, reports, and various documents.
• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers and copiers.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and recovery efforts as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in database management, electronic files, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to:
• Communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
