Role Overview:

In this position, you will work under the guidance of a licensed behavior analyst to execute behavior intervention strategies, gather data, and assist students facing developmental or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Accurately collect and document behavioral data during intervention sessions.
  • Assist in performing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing evaluations to track student progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management techniques and intervention methods.
  • Engage in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • One of the following combinations of education and experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1 year of related experience.
    • Associate degree with 2 years of related experience.
    • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience.
  • Must meet requirements to operate a company vehicle:
    • At least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
    • Possess a valid driver's license.
    • Maintain a driving record with 2 points or less over the last 3 years.
