Position Overview:

  • Accountable for delivering exceptional client and sales interactions.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Difenda's offerings and effectively communicate solutions to clients.
  • Assist the operations team by conducting internal training and facilitating customer engagement sessions.
  • Contribute to the formulation of service strategies and uphold necessary certifications.
  • Provide technical assistance in sales and craft tailored proposals for clients.
  • Remain updated on service offerings and engage in promotional initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT security operations.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Proven expertise in customer relations and effective communication.
  • Background in service delivery and IT security methodologies.
  • Relevant security or technology certifications are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with IT Security Frameworks.
  • Capability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong commitment to ownership, teamwork, communication, and documentation practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
