Office Administrator

Financial Management
- Manage the church's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and deposits.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including budget analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with church regulations.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Business Manager, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and supervise reception staff, including training and evaluation.
- Manage the church's membership database, including data entry and cleanup.
Communications
- Coordinate and send printed and emailed giving statements to members.
- Coordinate church-wide mailings and communications.
- Communicate with vendors and donors to resolve discrepancies and answer questions.
Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements for the Office Manager position include:
- Discretion and independent critical thinking.
- Professional and efficient communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new software and technology.
- Microsoft Office 365 skills, with emphasis on Excel and Teams.
- Adobe Acrobat Pro skills.
