Financial Management

  • Manage the church's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and deposits.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including budget analysis and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with church regulations.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Manager, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and supervise reception staff, including training and evaluation.
  • Manage the church's membership database, including data entry and cleanup.

Communications

  • Coordinate and send printed and emailed giving statements to members.
  • Coordinate church-wide mailings and communications.
  • Communicate with vendors and donors to resolve discrepancies and answer questions.

Other Duties

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Business Manager.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.

  • Microsoft Office 365 skills, with emphasis on Excel and Teams.
