Job Summary

As a Front Desk Manager at Marriott International Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office functions. You will supervise staff, manage day-to-day operations, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage front office operations, including guest services, switchboard, and bell staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance of the front office and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
