Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Crescent Services. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of Guest Service Agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Guest Service Agents.
  • Respond to guest requests, resolve problems, and provide open communication to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Implement company programs and supervise daily front desk operations to maximize revenues and motivate associates to provide quality service and hospitality.
  • Supervise the Guest Service Agents and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and serve as a role model for clerks and other employees.
Requirements
  • Must have Hilton/OnQ experience.
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk.
